Meet your Massage Therapists


Jody M. Johnson has been practicing professional massage therapy since 2009. She is credentialed in the states of Wisconsin and Utah and is a Reiki Master. Her primary practice focuses on injury therapies for acute and chronic conditions, including a specialized treatment plan for TMJ dysfunction. She will incorporate a variety of treatment techniques into her massage including:

  • Trigger point and Deep Tissue techniques
  • Neuromuscular therapies
  • Stretching and Breath work
  • Acupressure and Reiki
  • Swedish and Lymphatic massage,(not drainage)
  • Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian massage)
  • Senior and chair massage

**Please note, Jody does not offer Prenatal at this time** If you are pregnant or suspect you may be, please notify the front desk when making your appointment.

Treatment techniques can vary from session to session and are always discussed beforehand to ensure each client receives the highest benefit from their massage. An open dialogue is encouraged, making certain concerns are addressed and clients receive the highest quality of care. Jody enjoys studying naturopathic medicine and nutrition, gym time, biking, horseback riding and she is a two time published author.

Katherine.jpgKatherine Wojta is state licensed and nationally certified as a massage therapist and body worker. She graduated from Blue Sky School in 2004.

Kathy Wojta provides John F. Barnes myofascial release (website).
MFR addresses the fascial restrictions within the body by using a
gentle sustained pressure to help reduce restricted and painful areas.

Her mission is to assist others with healing, pain-free, and enriched living through customized sessions in a safe and nurtured space.

Katherine's interests include the diversity of others, nature, traveling, and walking.

Baily.jpgBaily is a prenatal certified massage therapist who has been in practice for over 5 years.  She developed her technique at massage therapy school in Chicago and has been in practice since that time. Being a mother is what she declares the source of her love and interest in the developmental changes that occur during pregnancy. She has also developed a skill for infant/child massage that stems from her love of children.  Baily believes that bodywork is a necessity for people of all ages and enjoys performing deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for acute issues.  She also endorses Swedish massage, and believes in the restorative and de-stressing effect it has on people.
